This section covers the refund policy of Klaasik website.
If there is any discrepency in the food related products - Masalas, Snacks, Pickles, Baking, Beverages, etc then we do not tke returns. Instead if the customer agrres to send a replacement then we send them a replacement.
If a customer does not show consent for replacement then we provide them with an online shopping voucher equivalent to the amount of the products purchased. A customer is free to choose any other products of the value in the card.
If customer does not show consent for the shopping card, then we initiate a refund to the customer's account from which the transaction happened.
If there are discrepencies in products related to clothing, home improvements, gifting apart from food then upon customer's complaint an return is initiated. On successful pickup, we refund the money into the customer's account from which the transaction happened.
There would be no returns if the customer has selected a particular size and we delivered the same but it is not fitting. In such cases returns and exchange is applicable only if a damaged product is received.
The refunds of damaged products will be processed once the customer shares the unpacking video clearly showing the damages. The video needs to be whats app to 9632318009 or email to firstname.lastname@example.org
While purchasing the Shubh Paddy Rice toran, measure the door size and select appropriate size on the website. No returns applicable if ordered wrong size.
The refund of the amount takes 7-10 working days to reflect in the bank account.
