Method 1 : Take the required amount of dosa powder mix with water little by little to get a thick consistency batter and rest the batter for 15 mins.After 15 mins if the batter looks very thick then add little more water and prepare Adai in greased tawa.
Method 2 : Grind Onion,red chili,Ginger,Garlic,Corainder leaves to a paste then mix with millet adai dosa batter and Prepare authentic Adai.Pour on dosa tawa and if spreading is needed ,spread using laddle.
