Mix ¼ cup of Millet pancake mix with ¼ cup of milk or with beaten egg and add Sugar/Jaggery as needed then mix it to little thick consistency. If you want to add a pinch of baking powder you can add too. Let the batter rest for 10-15 mins. Then pour on non stick tawa and cook on both the sides.
